Hi Samii,
You are way too young, legally, to become a surrogate mother.
You need to be at least 21 years old to legally enter into the contract to be able to become a surrogate mother. You also MUST have given birth to at least one child before. There is no exception to these rules.
Also, becoming a surrogate mother “for the money” is not acceptable. While money is a huge factor in most women’s decision to become a surrogate mother (and frankly, it should be) someone who does not go into it for the joy it will bring another family is setting herself up for a very difficult time. The money is not definite, but the emotional rollercoaster is.
