My husband and I are unable to have children and are considering surrogacy. We live in Sd. Everywhere I read says its super expensive. I am looking for someone that has been thru it and can give me some info on it to see if its the route we can afford. We are not well off financially and don’t want to go into debt to bring a child into our family so that we are able to finacilly afford the baby and all that it needs. Hi, I actually live 80 south of the SD boarder in NE. I just moved from Idaho where I was matched with a couple but ethically I had to tell them I was moving, thus I didn’t get to be a surrogate. I am looking to find a set of IP’s that are looking for a surro. I am not sure if there are any matching companies in SD or if its even a possibility. My partner of 7 years and I have been trying to start our family via surrogacy. We have no idea where to start. Does anybody have any information that could help a same-sex couple in South Dakota go about starting the process? We have had loved ones offer to be gestational carriers and egg donors. Hi! I am an experienced gestational surrogate and I own Loving Hearts Surrogacy in Sioux Falls, SD. There are currently no laws regarding surrogacy. Last year, House Rep Rodger Hunt tried making it a felony, but I worked with local organizations to get the bill defeated. Next year there should be a law passing that resemble UT’s laws about surrogacy and you can bet that we will be doing everything I can to help get it passed.

I have been wanting to become a surrogate in SD since I got pregnant with my first son. It is something that I have wanted to do more then anything and the feelings grow stronger everyday to do something like this. I hope that one day and hopefully soon that I will be able to fill this dream of mine and to give someone else their dream of a child.

I am a successful 2x surrogate signing my 3rd carrier agreement. I have worked with the same agency each time. The laws haven’t changed as of late, and South Dakota will accept the pre-birth order and paperwork. The carrier and IP’s must keep a copy of the paperwork on their person at all times for it to be enforced at birth. I do wish I was able to work with a South Dakota family once, but hey, I’ve got 5 more years left in me for being a carrier, maybe it will happen next time.

I am a surrogate in South Dakota for a great family. There are a couple of attorneys that are familiar with surrogacy practices in

I am wanting to be a surrogate mother so bad after having my son and realizing some couple and single parents can’t have children. I want to give someone the precious gift of a child. I have been doing a lot of online research on becoming a surrogate in SD, but most agencies seem to be SD surrogate unfriendy. It may be because there are no set surrogacy laws in SD and that scares them.?
